If an item is not suitable for you, you have the option to 30 days after receiving your order to make a return.

Return conditions:

The feedback is accepted only for the following reasons:

• Size error

• Manufacturing defect

• Product shipment error

The articles must be unworn, unwashed, and returned to their original condition and packaging, with all the labels intact.

THE Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. and the Initial shipping costs are non-refundable..
We do not provide return labels. You can choose your preferred carrier, but we recommend opting for a tracked shipping to avoid any loss.

In the event of manufacturing defect Or product error, Aoria agrees to send a new item at its own expense., at no extra cost to the customer.

We will forward it to you the return address as well as the instructions to follow.

Upon receipt and verification of the item(s), The refund will be issued as a credit note valid on our website.within a period of 5 to 10 business days.
